Apprenticeships are seen negatively.
02.
Lack of understanding of Apprenticeships.
03.
More focus and pressure to go university.
04.
No positive role models representing apprenticeships.

Our Festival

The Festival of Apprenticeships is an event that advocates, promotes and celebrates Apprenticeships. This is no ordinary Careers Fair; this celebratory event that not only promotes the value apprenticeships can deliver for young people, but also gives them the knowledge and expertise about how to apply for the right one for them.

The event will be taking place online throughout National Apprenticeship Week in February 2026, along with three regional events in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Each event will feature four different zones focussing on Careers, Skills, Employability and Networking.

Festival Features

The stage will feature past and present apprentices and apprenticeship experts sharing their apprenticeships journeys and answering questions.
